How to take Premarin?

You must consume Premarin 0.625mg tablets with a full glass of water one time in a day, with or without food, if possible at the same time every day, until all 28 tablets have been consumed. The dose you consume is based upon your condition and tolerability. When you have completed each pack, you can begin the subsequent pack instantly. You can begin taking Premarin 0.625mg tablets on any suitable day except you are still having menstrual bleeding, in which case you are suggested to consume the first tablet on day 5 of bleeding.
