26. Why do the pills I received from Offshore Cheap Meds look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?

33. I have received lesser or half quantity of medicine than ordered. Why?

34. Can i order one year medication supply as per the prescription?

Yes, if your prescription allows then you can order one year medicine supply with “One year Shipping Subscription” only.

35. What should I do when get notification of declined payment?

Sometimes payments get blocked by the credit card company because they did not recognize the charge came through overseas. You can coordinate with your credit card representative to approve the charge coming through, and then it will be reprocessed for order payment.

In other case, you can opt for different credit/debit card to process your payment for the ordered medicine. You can also use other available payment options and can ask details from Offshore Cheap Meds’s customer service representative.

36. How can i disclose dissatisfaction or any complaint regarding order or other issues?

37. Can I get refund if my medicine shipment stuck/destroyed/abandoned by customs of destination country?

No refund will be entitled for such case. Offshore Cheap Meds does not have any control over the custom process. It is responsibility of the customer to fulfill the import requirement posed by the customs of their country on their shipments.

In other case, if your parcel get returned back to the pharmacy, then full medicine cost will be refunded back to the card it had been charged.

38. Do I have to pay Custom Charges to release my medicine parcel?

Some country may charge duty fee on the import of shipment by as per their own country rules on import of products. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay such charges and release parcels as advised by officials as we do not have any control or any role over the custom process.
